  • Serving: 1

    Ingredient List:
    Pita, hummus, mozzarella cheese, tomato, red onion, cucumber, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Instructions:
    Dice tomato, and red onion.  Slicecucumber.  Spread hummus on heated pita.  Laycucumber, tomato, red onion, and mozzarella,over pita evenly.  Drizzle olive oil on top andsprinkle salt and pepper.
