KRONOS RECIPES
MEXICAN-STYLE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

1  Sun Dried Tomato Square 6” Flatbread

2 Tbsp.  Olive Oil       

1  Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Grilled, Sliced

1/8 Tsp.  Paprika

1 Tbsp.  Parsley, chopped

2 Tbsp.  Corn Kernels, Grilled

2 Tbsp.  Black Beans

1/2 Cup  Salsa Sauce

1 Slice  Mozzarella Cheese

ASSEMBLY
  1. Brush each side of Flatbread with olive oil and grill each side until grill marks appear.
  2. Top grilled flatbread with salsa sauce, cheese and grilled chicken and cut into four squares. Place squares on a cooking sheet and bake in a pre-heated 450 degree oven until cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from oven and add corn kernels and black beans.  Then sprinkle with parsley and paprika.

YIELDS  2 Servings
