1 Sun Dried Tomato Square 6” Flatbread
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Grilled, Sliced
1/8 Tsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. Corn Kernels, Grilled
2 Tbsp. Black Beans
1/2 Cup Salsa Sauce
1 Slice Mozzarella Cheese |
- Brush each side of Flatbread with olive oil and grill each side until grill marks appear.
- Top grilled flatbread with salsa sauce, cheese and grilled chicken and cut into four squares. Place squares on a cooking sheet and bake in a pre-heated 450 degree oven until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and add corn kernels and black beans. Then sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
