OPEN-FACE HAM & EGG SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

6  Cinnamon Brown Sugar 4” Flatbreads

4  Large Eggs

4 Tbsp.  Milk

1/2 Cup  Diced Ham, Cooked

1  Red Pepper, Diced

1 Tsp.  Chives, Chopped

ASSEMBLY
  1. Warm Cinnamon Brown Sugar Flatbreads on a hot, oiled griddle until each side is golden.  Or for quick prep warm Flatbreads in a toaster.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl until light and fluffy.  Add cooked ham and red peppers.
  3. Drop egg mixture onto a hot, oiled griddle or frying pan and stir frequently until eggs are fully cooked. 
  4. Stagger warm Flatbreads onto a plate and top with egg mixture and sprinkle with chives.

YIELDS  2 Servings
