4 Large Eggs
4 Tbsp. Milk
1/2 Cup Diced Ham, Cooked
1 Red Pepper, Diced
1 Tsp. Chives, Chopped |
- Warm Cinnamon Brown Sugar Flatbreads on a hot, oiled griddle until each side is golden. Or for quick prep warm Flatbreads in a toaster.
- Beat eggs and milk in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add cooked ham and red peppers.
- Drop egg mixture onto a hot, oiled griddle or frying pan and stir frequently until eggs are fully cooked.
- Stagger warm Flatbreads onto a plate and top with egg mixture and sprinkle with chives.
